The information you share

The form collects your name, email, phone number if provided, property preferences, areas, estimated budget, timeline and message. A calculation summary is sent only if you choose to attach it. Do not send a social insurance number, credit report, identity document or financial document.

Why collect this information?

This information is used to respond to your request and organize your support. Property listings and advice are emailed only with your separate consent. You can withdraw that consent by replying “unsubscribe” to an email or by writing to eric.fortier@remax-quebec.com. Withdrawing consent for marketing emails does not prevent follow-up on a request you have made.

Calculator and credit resources

Calculator values are processed in your browser. They are not saved with your request unless you explicitly choose to share them. No credit check is performed. Equifax and TransUnion links lead to external services with their own policies.

Hosting and delivery

The public files for this page are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may record visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. Information submitted through the form is never published in the GitHub repository.

Requests are saved in a D1 database hosted by Cloudflare. FormSubmit is used to send an email notification to Eric Fortier at eric.fortier@remax-quebec.com. These providers may process or host information outside Quebec. Requests are not displayed publicly, and this page provides no public access to the list of requests. A mortgage referral takes place after a conversation with you; this form does not send your file to a mortgage broker.

Cookies and advertising measurement

With your consent, the Meta pixel (ID 2378121756324783) measures visits and completed requests. It loads only after you accept advertising cookies. You can decline or change your choice using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of the home page. Names, contact details, income, debts and calculation results are not added to advertising events. Meta may still receive technical browsing data, including the IP address, device and address of the page visited.

Your cookie choice is saved locally in your browser. Advertising parameters in the page address (UTM and Meta click ID) may be linked to your request to identify its source. No advertising cookie is needed to calculate results or send a request.

Access, correction and withdrawal

Information is kept to handle your plans and meet applicable obligations. You can request the deletion of a prospect file that is no longer needed.

Limits of the simulations

Results are not a financing offer or a pre-approval. Rates, costs, returns and future values are assumptions. Your lender or mortgage broker must confirm your eligibility and the conditions that apply to your situation.
